Terence Ledger is a seasoned telecommunications executive with more than 25 years’ experience in global sales and commercial leadership across Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

Over the last 15 years he has held senior leadership roles at Sepura, including Regional Sales Director for APAC and MEA as well as Sales & Marketing Director, where he led significant growth in mission-critical communications, built high-performing regional teams, and expanded market presence through major TETRA and hybrid radio deployments.
