龙宝罗先生FCMI现任IET（英国工程技术学会）中国区负责人一职，全面负责IET在中国的业务，工作重心在于建立和加强与中国各地政府机构、高校、跨国企业、学会及协会组织的合作伙伴关系。共同推广及开展国际注册工程师、学术会议、培训、高校学位认证、学术期刊以及INSPEC在线数据库等业务。

宝罗先生拥有丰富的海外工作经验，在过去的十五年间在世界五大洲从事过战略制定、创新与科技、管理与认证等相关工作。

他于2014年来到中国。在其职业生涯中，宝罗先生曾在亚洲、中东、非洲和欧洲的非营利及商业性组织机构工作，专注于可持续发展、网络安全、人工智能、可再生能源和扶贫等领域。

宝罗先生持有清华-麻省理工斯隆管理学院工商管理硕士以及伦敦帝国理工学院环境技术硕士学位。

Paulo Lopes FCMI is the China Country Head at the IET (Institution of Engineering and Technology) and focused on building partnerships with key partners such as government entities, universities, multinational companies, and associations across the country to develop:  •  international professional registration for engineers  •  call-for-paper events  •  training  •  accreditation of university degrees  •  scientific journals  •  online database INSPEC.  

Paulo has more than 15 years of work experience in strategy, innovation & technology, management, and certification across five continents.

Throughout his career, Paulo worked in non-profit and for-profit organizations focusing on sustainability, cybersecurity, AI, renewable energies and poverty alleviation throughout Asia, Middle East, Africa and Europe, and has lived in China since 2014.

Paulo holds a MBA from Tsinghua-MIT Sloan as well as MSc Environmental Technology, Imperial College London.
