现任北京华通专业无线通信技术创新联盟理事长。长期从事专业移动通信和通信安全领域的科研、市场和标准化工作，曾先后服务于公安部一所、泰科电子、Airbus等多家单位，参与了公安、地铁等领域多项专用无线通信系统的建设，对专用无线通信技术体制和应用有深入的了解。参与制定了多项警用数字集群（PDT）系列公安行业标准和国家标准。

Current Chairman of the Beijing Huatong Professional Wireless Communication Technology Innovation Alliance (PWTA). He has long been engaged in scientific research, market development and standardization in the fields of professional mobile communications and communication security. He has worked successively for the First Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security, TE Connectivity, Airbus and other organizations, and participated in the construction of multiple dedicated wireless communication systems for public security, metro and other sectors, with an in-depth understanding of dedicated wireless communication technical systems and applications. He has also participated in the formulation of a number of public security industry standards and national standards for the Police Digital Trunking (PDT) series.
