Shikha Srivastava is the Executive Vice President and Board Member of C-DOT, a premier R&D Centre of Govt. of India involved in development of indigenous telecom technology. She is currently leading multiple projects in the area of Telcom Security, Fraud Management, Cyber security, Quantum Communication, Artificial Intelligence, Unified and Secure communication Solutions and Machine to Machine Communications.

She has more than thirty years of hands on and supervisory experience in communication systems analysis, design, development and support. She has worked in areas like Digital Switching, Fault Tolerant Systems, Signaling System Number 7, Fixed Line SMS, GSM and 3G Core Network Solution, Voice over IP, Chat and Video Conferencing solutions, Lawful Interception Solutions, Internal Navigation Solutions, large scale Cyber Security solutions and large scale Artificial Intelligence Solutions in Text and Video Analytics.

She has done B.Tech in Electronics Engineering from IIT-BHU, Varanasi and Masters in Research from IIT, Delhi. She is a gold medalist.
