褚丽，北京华通专业无线通信技术创新联盟高级技术顾问，毕业于哈尔滨工业大学。从事无线领域的产品研发、标准以及新技术研究工作，包括集群通信、4G/5G/6G、BCMCS、HeNB、D2D、Relay、NTN、MCX等。持续参与国内外标准会议，包括WiMAX论坛，3GPP，TCCA，ITU，CCSA、B-TrunC、PWT联盟、LTE-M、LTE-G等。牵头和参与多项通信标准制修订，发表多篇专利和学术论文，获得中国通信标准化协会科学技术奖一等奖，中国通信学会科学技术奖一等奖等荣誉。

Graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology

She has been engaged in product development, standardization and new technology research in the wireless field, including trunking communication, 4G/5G/6G, BCMCS, HeNB, D2D, Relay, NTN, MCX, etc.

She has continuously participated in domestic and international standardization meetings, including the WiMAX Forum, 3GPP, TCCA, ITU, CCSA, B-TrunC, PWT Alliance, LTE-M, LTE-G, etc.

She has led and participated in the formulation and revision of a number of communication standards, authored many patents and academic papers, and received honors including the First Prize of the Science and Technology Award of the China Communications Standards Association (CCSA) and the First Prize of the Science and Technology Award of the China Institute of Communications (CIC)。
