Andrew Tong is currently Project and Business Development Manager at Hargreaves Power Services, where he oversees E&M projects and business opportunities across the utility market, with a specific focus on the MTR sector.

Andrew previously served as General Manager and Sales Director for North Asia Region at Motorola Solutions Asia Pacific Ltd. and Chairman and President of Motorola Solutions (China) Co., Ltd. He was fully responsible for leading the business development, including expanding Motorola Solutions' market and sales share in North Asia and China, as well as further developing and deepening relationships with industry partners.

Andrew joined Motorola Solutions in 2014 and once held the position of Director of Project Management and Engineering Technical Services, overseeing pre-sales support, project execution and after-sales technical support in China.

Prior to joining Motorola Solutions, he held key positions at Nokia, Nortel and Honeywell, being responsible for technical services, product management, sales, joint venture operations and other general management roles. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in the telecommunications industry.

Andrew served as an Executive Committee Member of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, which aims to promote economic, trade and cultural exchanges between Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland.

Andrew is a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology and a Chartered Engineer.
