Secure, resilient and sustainable mission-critical ecosystems
This panel examines how the end-to-end mission-critical ecosystem is evolving to support MCX and FRMCS deployments, from networks and infrastructure through to devices, platforms and applications. It will explore how collaboration across peer associations, operators and technology providers is enabling a more integrated, interoperable and resilient ecosystem. The discussion will focus on the shift towards network-of-networks architectures, spanning terrestrial and non-terrestrial connectivity, and the implications this has for deployment models, operational assurance and future scalability.
Key discussion areas:
- Ecosystem collaboration: The role of peer associations and industry groups in aligning standards, priorities and implementation approaches
- Networks and infrastructure: Public and private networks, and the move towards integrated terrestrial and non-terrestrial architectures
- Control and platforms: PSAPs, command and control systems, servers and core infrastructure supporting MCX and FRMCS
- Devices and applications: Evolution of mission-critical devices, applications and user experience
- Edge and rapid deployment: Mobile edge computing, sidelink, gateways, off-network operation and rapidly deployable solutions, including drone-enabled capabilities.
